Apartments & Floor Plans

  • At Parke West, we offer studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments for rent in Nashville, each with a versatile layout that adapts to your routine.   • Yes! Many of our residences offer a virtual tour on our Floor Plans page, so you can preview a layout on your own schedule, wherever you are. When you're ready to see a favorite in person, book a visit, and we'll show you around.

  • At this time, we don't offer furnished apartments, which leaves you free to bring your favorite pieces and style your home exactly the way you like.

Pricing & Fees

  • We're so glad you're thinking about joining our community! A $500 deposit applies to each of our homes, and our team will share the timing as you finalize your lease. Along the way, a $75 fee per applicant lets us review your information, and a $200 administrative charge per apartment is due at move-in.

  • No, utilities aren't included in your rent. They're billed separately, which gives you more control over your monthly usage

  • Every apartment is cable TV and high-speed internet-ready, so you can stay connected from the moment you get your keys. Wi-Fi service is available through CenturyLink, making it simple to get online once you're settled.

  • We know life gets busy, which is why we've made rent as convenient as possible. Simply log in to our Resident Portal and take care of your payment online, anytime and from anywhere.

  • No, we don't charge a monthly amenity or technology fee, so every shared space in our community is yours to enjoy.

Tours & Visits

  • We'd love to show you around! Fill out the form on our contact page or give us a call, and we'll set up a time that works for you. You're also welcome to drop by during tour hours, Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, to see Parke West in person.

Application & Leasing

  • Applying for one of our apartments is simple, and we'd love to have you join our community. Head to our Floor Plans page, use the filters to narrow your search, and select the home that interests you. From there, enter your preferred move-in date and click "Apply." You'll be asked to create an account to continue through our secure online process. If you'd like a hand along the way, connect with our leasing team.

  • Yes, there's a $75 fee per applicant, which allows our team to carefully review your documents and keep the process on track. A $200 administrative charge per apartment is also due at move-in.

    What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment?

    To qualify, applicants need to earn at least 3 times the monthly rent before taxes.


  • You'll have plenty of flexibility here, with lease terms ranging from 3 to 18 months, so you can choose the length that fits your plans best.

  • We want each neighbor to feel comfortable and cared for. For that reason, please do keep in mind that subleasing isn't permitted at our community.

  • We recommend renters' insurance for every resident, as it's a simple way to protect your home and belongings. Our team is happy to point you toward options or share coverage information for the apartment you have in mind

  • We're so glad you're staying! As your lease end date approaches, our team will reach out with your renewal options, giving you plenty of time to choose what works best for you.

  • At this time, Parke West does not offer affordable housing options. Get in touch, and our team will gladly talk through current availability to help you find the right fit.

Pets

  • Yes! We'd be happy to welcome your best pal to our pet-friendly community in Midtown Nashville. Both dogs and cats are invited to join you, with a maximum of two pets per apartment.

  • Here's what to expect as your companion gets comfortable: a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 for your first pet and $150 for a second, plus $25 per month for each one.

  • We want every resident, along with their pets, to feel comfortable and at home here, which is why certain breed restrictions are in place. Please feel free to contact our leasing team, and we'll share the guidelines that apply to your companion.

  • Your best pal will love calling Parke West home just as much as you do! Our play area gives pups the perfect spot to run, roam, and make new friends, and after an active afternoon, the pet spa's washing stations keep freshening up quick and easy.

    • Unassigned garage spaces: up to $89 per month

    • Assigned spaces on the P2 level: up to $150 per month

    • Assigned lobby-level spaces: up to $250 per month

  • Under Tennessee law, security deposits are returned within 30 days after move-out. Please note that sharing your forwarding address with our team before your last day helps your refund get to the right place.

  • We want everyone to feel at home here, so we kindly ask residents to keep noise at a considerate level, especially during late evening and early morning hours.

  • Our community is served by Metro Nashville Public Schools, including Eakin Elementary School, West End Middle School, and Hillsboro High School, with private options like St. Bernard Academy nearby as well.


  • Our Midtown Nashville apartments sit along West End Avenue, close to some of the city's best-known landmarks. Dose Coffee is right around the corner, and Sylvan Park's Murphy Road strip brings neighborhood spots like Park Cafe and Lola for brunch or tapas.
